If you are approved, your full or partial refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
In other cases, you will be compensated with a discount coupon applied on your next purchase.
We do not offer cash refunds unless in rare cases we feel it is right to do so.
Hallab products are perishable. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food product in general.
